At Aetheria Consulting Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and a fair, transparent approach to fees. This Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the consulting packages and engagements purchased through Aetheria Consulting, as described on our website and confirmed in your engagement agreement.
2. Discovery Calls
Initial discovery calls are complimentary and carry no charge or obligation.
3. Cancellation by the Client
- Before work begins: if you cancel a confirmed engagement at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- After work begins: once an engagement has commenced, fees are calculated based on work completed and deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation. Any unearned portion of prepaid fees will be refunded.
4. Retained (Summit) Engagements
Monthly retained engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will be invoiced only for the notice period and any work performed within it; no further charges apply thereafter.
5. Cancellation by Aetheria
If we are unable to deliver a contracted engagement, we will refund any fees paid for services not yet rendered in full.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your engagement details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 business days, returned via the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Completed deliverables, work already performed and third-party costs incurred on your behalf (where pre-agreed) are non-refundable.
